thisxthat is a platform for creating and sharing fun, harmless polls. Do not upload illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or harassing content. We use automated safety scanning on all uploads and reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the images and videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant thisxthat a limited license to host and display that content in connection with your polls.
Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service. Poll votes are anonymous. Account information is stored securely and never sold.
Subscriptions & Billing
Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
